If you have forgotten your password, please do the following:


  1. Navigate to the 'My Account' section of the Tellnet Website. 
  2. Click on 'Forgot Password'. 
  3. This will allow you to change your password and gain access to the system.


If you are still having trouble accessing the 'My Account' area please click on 'Support' and raise a ticket. We will get you up and running ASAP.


To change your password, please do the following:


  1. Navigate to the 'My Account' section of the Tellnet Website.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click on the 'Change My Password' button.
